Here's the blog:
Today was an exciting day of patriotism and cooperation towards one common goal. Everyone in camp took part in the 3rd annual CSL Run, which requires staff and campers alike to run laps around camp in order to raise money for charity.
The four charities this year were Camp Good Days, the Jewish National Fund, Milly's Pantry, and the National Association of American Veterans. Each organization raised over 300 dollars, with Camp Good Days raising over a whopping 700 dollars. Clearly a successful and thoughtful event on CSL's part.
It was a pleasure to see all of the staff and campers so enthusiastically work towards a common goal of good citizenship. Many participants could be seen with red, white, and blue war paint plastered on their faces, and carrying american flags while running. The next CSL Run is sure to be the best one yet.
