What's good LIT's?
Today I was able to apply the lessons I have learned in the LIT program to my bunk. We had a hectic day from having to switch activities several times during athletics to being with the Mohawk boys all afternoon. The few sessions we have had so far helped me cope with the obstacles I have faced this afternoon.
