Hello everyone
The sky is blue and the grass is green on this warm and sunny day. Right now youngest and middle Mohawk are headed out on the first tiyulim (hiking) trip of the summer. The tiyulim program is completely new this year. Lead by Lisa Feuerstein and her merry band we are headed to taughannock falls located right outside of Ithaca, NY. Lucky for us the hiking staff this year are all experts on everything biological so we should be learning a lot about the world around us. This kids are also being split up into different squads later tonight, each getting a chance to cook, clean, and learn to build a fire. It should be a great trip so make sure to check back with us later to find out how it goes.
