Today marked the start of our August session
And we think this month will be our new obsession
The entire O-Staff dressed up as felines
To welcome our campers starting at nine
The day was filled with logistical fun
Though we saw rain, it was mostly sun
After playing newcomb and learning cheers
Onondagans befriended their village peers
The entire staff was introduced in the evening
Then around the campfire the campers were singing
There is already hype about the Color War
And we know this session will not be a bore
Now with the campers fast asleep
We can't wait for the next few weeks!
