Volz returns to Ropes

Dear CSL Community:

I am pleased to announce the return of Amie Volz to run our ropes department in the summer of 2015.  2014 was Amie’s first summer at CSL – and now she is hooked.  Everyone, especially those who love our ropes program, should be jumping for joy that Amie is returning.

Amie grew up in Charlotte, North Carolina and spent her summers in Penn Yan, NY. Currently, she is at Belmont Abbey College working towards her B.A. in Psychology with a minor in Business.  Amie currently works at YMCA Camp Thunderbird in South Carolina during the school year as an Environmental /Team Building Facilitator.

As we mentioned earlier, Amie started at CSL last summer and took our already great ropes program to new heights.  She is very excited about continuing her camp career with us this summer: “Last summer Camp Seneca Lake gave me the creative freedom to develop a program for Ropes that suited both their needs and mine, and we were both very pleased with the outcome. I am honored to be invited back this coming summer and excited about the new things we are discussing for the Ropes program in 2015. Get ready for some new challenges! I can't wait to see all of you again... Summer will be here before you know it!”
