Pine Tree Post

"Tell us a story!" The kids in C1 all snuggle into their beds in anticipation of the nightly story. However, I'm not the one telling the story, it's the kids.

Going bed to bed I ask the kids questions of where the story should go. Tonight the kids told a story of Mr. Shmorgenbottom and Mr. Tablecloth, two puppies who loved to play Call of Duty: Black Ops.

The kids imaginations run wild, and the hardest part is making the kids wait their turn to give their input.

The puppies went on an  adventure in the woods to find gems only to find lava. After that they went cave mining for hot dogs. They tell stories in a way that only 8 year olds can, full of excitement and entirely out of the box. It's a fun way to wind down the day and I enjoy the stories as much as they do.
