Another two successful days at ropes!
Yesterday, the older Onondaga bunks had a blast on the cat walk and rock wall! It was amazing to see the girls climb the hardest two sides of the wall with so much determination. Most of the girls were able to hit the top of the wall after a successful climb, all of them were able to face their fears and push themselves to their respective limits.
Today we challenged the Tuscarorans to step outside of their comfort zone as well as increase their communication skills. Groups were challenged to stand on a tarp and flip it without ever stepping off. While only 1/2 groups succeeded, everyone completed the 360 flip challenge. They had to flip a child head over heels whilst he/she held a cup of water.
Everyone learned something about how to communicate in both big and small groups successfully.
