Stories With Seneca

Today, we all woke up exhausted and sore from yesterday's activities. Sadly, we had to say goodbye to the IsraeLITes today. After we said goodbye, we returned to our cabins to get ready for first period, which was sing.

At sing, we did some warmups and started singing classic camp songs. It got wet emotional because we were reminded that a counselor, Audrey, and a fellow bunkmate, Chloe, were both leaving in the next 24 hours.

When sing was over, all of Seneca returned to the village for TML. Today, we were told to clean our areas in our cabin and whichever team's areas were cleanest would earn points for their team. After cleaning, we headed to lunch.

Lunch was followed by a much-needed rest hour, which was followed by hobbies. In my hobby, Culinary Arts & Sciences, we had "dip day!" We made guacamole, hummus, a six layer Mexican dip, and pesto. They were all so yummy! I can't wait to go home and try to make them.

After hobbies, we had shower hour to get ready for dinner. Sadly, at dinner, we had to say goodbye to Audrey :(

After dinner though, we had bunk night with the other oldest bunk! We went to the outside stage and competed in music-related competitors like guess that tune, name the artist, and skit/song/dance making dubbed "triple threat." My team did not win, but we all had so much fun and bonded with the other bunk.

Today was so fun and I'm so excited for more camp days like this!!
