Color War 7 was my first Color War. I've always been a July camper, so I've only been in mass programs! This is the first year that I'm at camp all sunmer. Color War was an amazing experience for me.
Everything about it was intense, fun, and amazing! I was on the red team, and even though we didn't win in the end, everybody on the team worked so hard and put in so much effort. We all gave 110% of our energy throughout the entire program.
Of course, I'm bummed out that we didn't win, but I know that I'll be in more color wars because I love everyone in August. Everyone is so accepting and friendly. I've made so many friends who I know I will have forever, and that's what camp is all about!
