Cayuga Chronicles

Dear followers of camp,

Today is the start of the the third full day of camp but as Ari Baum said last night it feels like we have been here for much longer than that, and that is a good thing. Today is the start of hobbies and the kids all seem very excited.

In my bunk we have a very large range of camp experience and comfort level but everyone for the most part has gotten along really well. Even when last night they might have been frustrated at our attempts to put them in a toga for the evening activity, they were easily reassured and encouraged to keep going. They spend most of their rest hours and free time in the village playing roofball and gaga and lacrosse, to the point where the cabin is frequently empty.

Today is also one of our campers birthday, and I am looking forward to what we have planned for that.
