Yesterday was one of the hottest days on record for Yates County-but that never stops Seneca! Especially when it comes to soccer. We had our first Seneca Soccer League period where our five teams competed in five minute games. I was so proud of the girls! They played hard and never complained about the heat, which was relieved a bit by quick dips in the pool. Their energy definitely made me forget about the heat and able to just enjoy time with the girls. ~ Layna Gray, S-1 bunk counselor
