We did it!!!! We completed our four day hike across the North and are now in Jaffa! It may take a few showers to wash off the many layers of dirt, but it was worth it. We hiked through valleys, up mountains, and back and forth across streams. We camped in parks and forests, and saw the moon rise closer to the earth than I've ever seen. We swam in natural pools, and then finally in the Kineret. Amazing.
Tomorrow we start touring again. We'll volunteer picking food from a farm for a local food bank. After our first trip to a Mediterranean beach we'll learn about the founding of the IDF and see a bit of Jaffa. Friday is a jam packed day in Tel Aviv, and then it's Shabbat!
Can't believe it's nearing the end of week 4. It's been an incredible journey, and I can't wait for the week to come.
