Hello from the Bedouin Tents! Everyone is happy and healthy. What a great few days! Shabbat was beautiful, with a nice mix of fun and reflection followed by a night out in Eilat. Yesterday we learned about Kibbutz Ketura - our host - which has amazing agricultural and tech industries. Then we went banana boating in the Red Sea before spending some time at the Kasui Sand Dunes. Think Arabian Nights. Incredible. We concluded the evening with a cookout and pool time. This morning we went to a desert nature/animal preserve and saw animals up close I'd never seen before. We then did some archery and sandstone art before departing for the Bedouin Tents. Camel riding, the best tea ever, amazing food, and a starry desert sky round out our last night in the Arava. Tomorrow we hike Masada, "swim" in the Dead Sea, and hike Ein Gedi. Then to the north!!
