Today I spent the day with some of my fellow counselors working on a new fire circle for Saturday morning Shabbat services. When I first saw the area that we were working with, I could not imagine how the entire camp was going to fit.. And the area was a complete mess! Sticks were everywhere. Logs and roots were embedded in the ground. I was quite overwhelmed. When everyone started working and moving things around a mental picture formed in my head. I started to see the beautiful fire circle form and I cannot wait to see the finished product filled with smiling campers.
