Hello parents and friends of CSL!
Today, the Cayugans awoke to a delicious breakfast of cinnamon buns and banana bread. Yum! After a quick clean-up, the kids headed off to hobbies where they all had huge smiles on their faces.
After some quality grilled cheese, the campers had a surprise awaiting them. CHL! The first round of the playoffs began today, and the Voynich Manuscript defeated the JCJW'S while the Batteries dethroned the Giant Stone Balls of Costa Rica. Two absolutely thrilling games, and these two winners now await the Bloop and the Baigong Pipes in the semifinals. We cant wait to see who will bring home the second most coveted trophy at CSL, just behind the fight song trophy of course!
The campers of C-2 next headed to the waterfront where, along with C-1, they wakeboarded, waterskiied, and knee-boarded, all followed by some relaxing playaking on the serene Seneca Lake. What a day for these Cayugans!
C-2 then finished up the night with a picture scavenger where the bunk took some amazing pictures at famous camp landmarks. Those pictures will definitely be making it home soon! Tomorrow is the birthday of C-2's very own, Matthew Small, and we can't wait to celebrate!
For now,
Alec Jacobson
