IT'S ONONDAGA DAY!
Last night after the girls had gone to bed they were woken up to go mass monkey cayuga. On the way over we ran into cayuga coming to mass monkey us! It was craziness in the o-field between the cheers and screams. After some of the madness ad excitement calmed the o staff had just enough time to tell the girls it was o-day.
After a crazy night then went right to bed with no idea what the next day would bring. After breakfast we boarded a bus and left camp. Our first stop on our trip was cortland! We went blueberry picking on a big farm. The girls were each given a bag and got as many as they could. Most of them ended up eatting more than they actually collected. We are going to use these awesome berries to make something later!
After that we took the girls to mini golf! They had two different courses to do. One ship wreck course outside and a black light course inside. The girls had a great time challenging there friends and mastering there skills with the lights on and off.
They also had an awesome lunch at the mini golf place where it was topped off with ice cream sundaes. After there bellies were full we headed back to camp. Although we were back at camp, O day is not over! The girls went down to the docks for a quality spa night and dinner by the water.
This was definetly a special day for these girls and I am sure they will have many stories about it!
