Today was an exciting day for Culinary Arts and Sciences! We all took a walk up Camp Road to reach the Martin Family Farm, a local farm that has tons of cows that create delicious milk (we got to drink some!) and harvests their own corn, hay, etc. We got to meet all the cows and learn how to milk them and where the milk goes afterwords! Though the barn was dirty, we met some adorable calves and learned so much. All and all it was a fantastic day and I can't wait to see what else is in store for our hobby group!
