Time With...Rhonda!

M-1 campers and bunk counselors had fun 3rd period on Friday with assistant director Rhonda Korn. The period started out with popsicles on the swing set and then on to the office to get cards and board games.  The benches were moved into a triangle just for fun, and games were played until a new idea was hatched...let's raid canteen! While enjoying this unusual period, the boys were asked to write about their favorite thing at camp to put in the blog.  This is how they responded:

Jacob R. - My favorite thing at camp this summer was beating a bunk mate in a sailing race by over 500 feet.  It was a lot of fun and he was a great sport.  Overall I am having a lot of fun this summer.

Calvin J. - Sometimes guys in my cabin make me mad, but without them I wouldn't be complete.  My cabin mates are a part of me and that's how I like it.

Ben E. - I enjoyed our color war this year.  The ice theme was very creative.  I also liked that each team made a nice buffet dinner with many ice sculptures.  I also enjoy food in general at camp.

Adam G. - The spirit of the campers at Camp Seneca Lake is worth more than everything else at camp.  Counselors and campers alike cheer their hardest and I think that is most important.

Sam H. - My favorite thing at camp is the food.  It is different than what I am used to.  I always have a great time eating with my friends.

Josh F. - The favorite thing I love at camp is hobbies.  I can do things I've never done before and get better at them like wakeboarding because before I was horrible and now I'm awesome.

Robert C. - Color War + Jesse Manning = cool

Jacob K. - I really like this summer so far.  The color war was amazing and the snow was cool.  My hobby is speedball and it's really fun.  It is my brothers first year and he is having a great time.  Can't wait till next year.
