Ononbloga

Yesterday was an amazing Friday here at CSL! We had regular periods in the morning and hobbies in the afternoon! My bunk, O-1 had Onondaga Basketball League and pool before lunch. Onondaga Basketball League, or OBL, is a new activity that we started this session for the Onondaga girls. Playing basketball has been a nice change for the girls. They are showing us and the rest of camp their athletic abilities! In the afternoon all of the girls went to hobbies. Onondagans participate in a wide range of hobbies, from junior hobby tour to sailing! Yesterday while I was in an older camper hobby, some Onondagans came by with a hummus caravan offering us a treat they had prepared in Kitchen Confidential! It was delicious! After hobbies the girls returned to the village and got ready for Shabbat dinner and services. Everybody looked beautiful! We listened carefully during services and learned a lot about the theme (For every action there is an equal and opposite reaction) from the Mohicans and Cayugans who led services this week. They all did an incredible job! All in all, it was a fabulous day at camp, and I'm looking forward to many more like it!
