Finally, the much anticipated Seneca Day is here! This morning, the oldest bunks woke up the rest of Seneca for breakfast in the village. After our lovely meal, we loaded onto the buses and drove to Syracuse. Our first stop was at the Rosamond Gifford Zoo. The girls got to visit all kinds of animals, from tigers to flamingos to llamas. They were so excited! We ate lunch there, then after a while we were back on the buses and on our way.
Our next stop was Gannon's Ice Cream, where the girls could get any soft serve they wanted. It was such a creamy and delicious treat. Currently we are outside of Gannon's on the lawn singing our Fight Song. The village's enthusiasm is tangible, and I am so happy to be with this incredible group of girls. Soon we will be back on the buses to go to our next mystery location. We could not be more excited!
