Today was a cold day at CSL, but dressed in leggings and sweatshirts, we still managed to have a great day. With the excitement of Tusc returning and the fun-filled dinosaur themed program, the cold was almost forgotten. During the evening program, the two youngest villages, Onondaga and Cayuga, acted as dinosaurs, evolving from eggs to the fully grown creatures, doing dance moves to portray each stage in the growth. This dance was put together and then performed in a jumbling of limbs and a giant ROAR at the end. Just when we thought their journey was over, a volcano erupted and programmers in red shirts (the magma) became "it" in a game of freeze tag. The kids ran around a lot and gave a final performance of the Dino-dance, and then the program was finished. Even though we were constantly stating our confusion with the "summer" weather and temperature, it was a nice excuse to wear very comfy clothes all day.
