It is with great pleasure that I announce the appointment of Erin Fauer as a Tusc Counselor for the 2014 summer. Erin has grown up at CSL, long aspiring to serve as a Tusc counselor. She began way back in Onondaga, culminating her camper experience in Tusc in 2008. Since that time, Erin has grown, fulfilling a number of different positions at camp over the years. She was an Onondaga counselor in 2010 and 2011, then worked with the LIT Program in 2012 before becoming Assistant Pool Director in 2013. She is very excited to get back in a setting with campers.
Originally from Pittsford, New York, Erin moved to Manlius, New York at a young age, graduating from Fayetteville-Manlius High School in 2011. She then enrolled at the University of Delaware. Currently a junior, Erin majors in Dietetics with a minor in Health and Wellness. She also works with The Wellness Project NYC while teaching a nutrition class to bariatric patients at St. Francis Hospital.
Erin has seen camp from a variety of angles during the course of her career and is thrilled at the
opportunity to be a part of Tuscarora 2014.
“I am so excited about being a part of Tuscarora 2014! It is a great group of kids and I can’t wait to get know each and every one of them. I have so many of these kids grow up at CSL, and I could not be happier to have a role in their culminating summer as campers. I badly want to help influence these campers in the same way that my Tuscarora counselors influenced me. Each one of them had such a positive impact on my life and I look forward to the opportunity to play a similar role for the Senior Campers of 2014."
We are thrilled to have Erin a part of Tusc this coming summer.
Sincerely,
Ari Baum, Assistant Director & Tusc Program Coordinator
