Pine Tree Post

Today the Gypsy Camp Giants took on the Jet Ski Jets in their second CFL game of the August session. The score was tied for a majority of the game until the very last second.

The Giants failed to complete a touchdown in their last rush, which gave the Jets an opportunity to score a touchdown and take the lead with less than 5 seconds left. Jets quarterback, and C-1 counselor Alex Kinel threw a pass that was marvelously intercepted by Giants player Jacob S. on the goal line. He caught the ball and ran the entire length of the field, eluding his opponents, and dancing around the Jets safety.

With this play, the Giants took a 28-21 lead, thus securing their second win of the season.

"It felt great catching that ball and winning the game for my
team," Jacob says. Tune in for next time for more Giants news and updates!!
