As the last full week of the session culminates, and in a short couple of days I will finish my time as a Mohawk camper and in a couple of months I will register as a senior camper as the 35th group to do so. This session has been one of the best of the 6 I have done. Why was this such a great session? It's really hard to tell . I have accomplished a lot in such a short 3 weeks. This is what makes CSL so unique I don't think there is another place where you can accomplish this much. It may be the small victories like winning a basketball game at athletics. Or the major ones like winning color war. Camp isn't all full of victories, there are also tons of losses, but no matter how severe the losses are at camp you can easily find a way to have a victory after a major loss. I think that is why campers come to camp year after year. The Shabbat Sha-Borus will hopefully continue through my time at camp.
