As almost everyone connected with CSL knows, the entire camp competed in the long awaited Fight Song program on Saturday night. I don't believe I'm alone when I express how much I admire the amount of effort and heart that every camper put forth on that stage. I was blown away by the always great Onondaga, by the adorable wizards of Cayuga, by the best fight song that Mohawk has ever performed, and of course I was stunned by Tusc's incredible performance. But my heart is in Seneca, and I couldn't be more proud of the performance that these ladies put forth.
While we didn't win the Fight Song trophy, the amount of spirit and pride that the girls displayed before, during, and after the performance reminded me why I continue to return to camp as a Seneca counselor. Great job ladies, and congratulations to Tusc on a well deserved win.
