Hello to all!
Today is the first full day of CSL 2014, and we could not be having more fun! The lovely ladies of Seneca had a fantastic morning.
First period they went to a variety of activity areas, including athletics, drama, and pool. Second period was village time! First, the oldest girls taught our Seneca cheers to the rest of the village. Then we culminated the period with a sisterhood activity where we began to re-paint the wall of the staff bathrooms in Seneca. The girls had a blast the whole time! Look out for pictures of the finished product on the CSL Instagram within the next few days.
We've started a new tradition in Seneca to promote and enhance the sisterhood of the village. Each week will have a theme, and the girls will do a variety of activities regarding growing towards that theme. To start off the summer, this weeks theme is interconnectedness. The main goal of this week is to intertwine the girls to build a strong foundation for the rest of the session and the summer. It was an awesome first day, the girls are absolutely loving it, and we can't wait to share the many amazing things we have planned for them!
