This summer is very different for me. Just driving down Camp Road made that obvious. The road itself was the same, but for the first time, I was the one driving down it. The last time I went down this same road to stay for the summer, I was being driven in a bus full of friends ready for my Tusc summer. This time, approximately two years later, I was driving towards a summer of being staff. Once I arrived, everything was the same. Everything I know and love about camp was just how I remember it being. I was greeted with big hugs and smiling faces like always. Everything was just as beautiful as always. But things were also different. Walking around camp, there were so many new faces. My role here at camp is different. I am not a camper anymore, but staff, instead. These past few days have been both the same and different, and they have been great. I've loved getting to know new people and connecting on a deeper level with the ones I knew before.

I am so excited to spend my summer with these great people and I cannot wait to meet my campers and make the summer great for them!
