The shabbas is always a time of reflection at camp. Friday nights down at the fire circle surrounded by the most beautiful scenery this side of the Mississippi. But once the last speech is said and the last Ask John Golden question has been answered, the older campers (Mohawk, Seneca, and Tusc) head up the S-trail to the Friday Night Dance at the Orec. This dance is without a doubt the biggest producer of sweat, dancing, and gnarliness at camp. Everyone in the Orec is picked up in the music and they join together to dance the night away. Think a mix of football practice and Just Dance 3.
It's great.
