Today is the 4th of July. We slept in an hour later. After getting ready for the morning Rachel surprised us and we went to the fire circle for breakfast. We went out on the war canoe to the ski dock and back. Then we hung out with our older Senecan sisters at the waterfront. After that we went to the cabin and got ready for lunch in the dining hall. During rest hour, we found a bunk pet which happened to be two spiders. We put them in a jar that Olivia had. The spiders are named Maria and Gerald. We fed them dead bugs (we have a lot of those), and they climbed a stick. Now we are getting ready for the rest of the day which should be awesome.
