Hello again to all the friends and family of Seneca!
Tonight was our final bunk night and we had an adventurous time in S-5 starting with a trust-walk towards a slip-n-slide with a game of gaga in between. We ended our night with a meaningful round of get-to-know-you speed-dating with the boys of Mohawk.
After the excitement of winning Fight Song followed by what is being called, "the best Seneca Day ever," our group and village as a whole are riding on a high and appreciating how close we all have become. It is personally gratifying to recognize the maturity and growth in my campers. There is a marked difference in how they both treat one another and how they are able to take care of themselves. I have truly enjoyed being a Seneca counselor and working with all of the Senecans. As I return to my real life as a third year medical student, I know I have grown immensely from spending so much time with these girls. I am a stronger, more patient, more energetic person because of my time in Seneca and for that, I am forever appreciative.
Best,
Mollie F-W, S-5 counselor
