Arts and Crafts has been finishing up the July 2013 session with a flurry of activity. Last night we hosted an art show for Hobby Culmination with pieces from the Fine Arts Hobby group including patterned designs, free form "glass" and wire sculptures, wood burning designs with a gouache wash, cork and nail string art, paper coil 3-dimensional baskets with embellishments and monochromatic mood paintings. Tusc continues to camp out at the Kraft Shak in preparation for the the final banquet on Saturday. Bunks have been tie-dying, creating collage and batik, as well as jewelry making. Hopefully all of the wonderful projects will make it home with our artists. Thanks for an intensively creative session up at the Shak!
