Friends who don't understand the concept of overnight camp sometimes ask us whether it's tough to leave our kids there for the summer. They should have seen the reception Teddy and Matthew got when we pulled into CSL this morning. With all the counselors cheering, the boys could not get out of the car fast enough, and it was great to see the counselors' genuine enthusiasm to welcome them "home." It's really great to see their bonds with their counselors. Even better than I remember it in the 1980s. Have a great summer!
