Today started like any other day at camp. Wake up, go to breakfast and have periods 1 and 2. Lunch was where the change happened. As the campers got settled at the tables, some staff members began passing out sheets of paper numbered 1-17. We were having a name that song contest. Throughout lunch, Max Krieger, the CQ for the day, played snippets of tv show theme songs for each table to guess. Pokemon, the Simpsons and power rangers were played, to name a few. I had so much fun collaborating with my table mates to guess every song while competing against the other 34 tables in the dining hall. This just goes to show how no day at camp is ever normal, and evn something seemingly routine and boring such as lunch can become fun and entertaining here at CSL.
