What's good LIT's?

The leaders in training had another amazing day at Camp Seneca Lake today. After decadent pancakes for breakfast, we began a series of lessons that will help us become not only better staff members, but better leaders in the world outside of camp. The focus of the lesson that really spoke to me was the problem solving section. It is amazing how much the staff at CSL has to problem solve. Even if its as simple as who takes up the bin, small problems that need solving arise on the regular. After watching a video by a camp psychiatrist and reading sheets from highly acclaimed camp organizations, I can honestly say I learned the most today from the LIT staff themselves. Their experience, poise, and demeanor makes it so easy to learn the necessary skills to become an excellent staff member.
