And while afternoon periods ran smoothly the evening program was extraordinary. Tonight was prom for the Senecans and Mohicans. Appitizers commenced at 6:45 as everyone gathered at the pavilion in their Shabbat finest.
After some schmoozing all took their seats in the decorated basketball courts. As salad was served, superlatives were decided and the prom king and queen were nominated by their peers. Dinner of kabobs and garlic bread was followed by a special dessert and plenty of dancing! Although the evening ended early due to the slight rain, everyone returned to their cabins with a smile!
