Hello everyone!
Today was another great day in Seneca. Morning services were awesome -- the girls had an opportunity to pray and reflect on their past week alongside their closest friends at the fire circle. While it was an extremely warm day, services went smoothly and everyone got into it.
Following services the girls engaged in a group discussion with the rest of their age group. Everyone seemed to be engaged in conversation and we all learned a lot about each other and how our friends celebrate Shabbat.
We took it easy the rest of the day -- our Shabbat schedule allowed us to have a 2 hour rest period followed by fun activities such as speedball at athletics and free swim at the pool.
Tonight we all headed down to the fire circle for an awesome campstock. The campers had an opportunity to show off special talents for the rest of camp, and Seneca was represented well. For example, some of the S-1 girls performed a dance, and Alana Silber performed a song that she wrote sending chills down everyone's spines.
The girls are now fast asleep in anticipation for tomorrow -- we can't wait to see you all for visitor's day, and look forward to sharing more about our summer with you all!
