Good afternoon!
The atmosphere at camp today was absolutely amazing. Seeing the campers faces as they sprinted off the bus showed me how much these kids love camp. As a first year counselor I was very excited to see how happy all of the campers were. They stormed the dining hall to find their tables for lunch as they giggled and reminisced about past bunk nights, color wars, and other camp activities. Music blasted through the speakers and we all moved and grooved around the dining hall. We ate our crispy chicken nuggets and drank a lot of water to stay hydrated for this sweltering day. Everything about the morning was amazing. I can tell this is going to be a summer to remember!
