Hello everyone,
The July mass program took place yesterday, and it was amazing. The staff put in dozens of hours of work into organizing numerous different events that all four teams competed in. They were all competing to put one of the four princes or princesses of the Seneca Lake Kingdom, and it was princess Alyssa Saphrina and her blue team that wound up being queened. The blue team, lead by captains Jake Ryan, Alyssa Sham, and Lindsey Schapiro gave valiant efforts pushing their team ahead of the others.
The competitions were varied and intense, from armor making, song writing, sand castle building to tug-o-war and a village relay race. We were all pushed to our limits artistically, creatively, and athletically.
Us Cayugans gave it our all on all four separate teams and got really into the day! Unfortunately, only one team could win, but there's always next year to try again!
