Today was Tikkun Olam! Tikkun Olam means repair the world, so we spent the day doing different activities to make not only camp, but the community around us a better place. Our mitzvah day actually began last night, when CSL held a short service. At this service we sang songs, and listened to a few CSL staff and campers share about how they have helped to repair the world. The campers also all got Tikkun Olam bracelets, which glow in the dark! This morning the girls went to a variety of different activities, including making bracelets for Camp Good Days, clearing a trail, and painting a new home run fence. Before lunch the girls got an opportunity to swim in the pool and cool off! After lunch the girls got to partake in even more activities! Because of all of the hard work and enthusiasm from all of the campers, CSL now looks more beautiful than ever!
