seneca sea adventures 7/3
After a huge tidal wave washed all of the mermaids and mermen onto the shore of camp Seneca lake, they had no where to go. All that was left for the mermaid families to survive were some seaweed piles. Luckily, the Seneca and Mohawk campers were ready to help! They dressed in their best mer-people costumes and divided up into teams to see who could collect the most seaweed for their mer-families. However, they had to do so by crawling on their stomachs dressed in their costumes. In addition, they weren't allowed to speak normally, but rather sing in honor of Ariel from The Little Mermaid. While some mermaids and mermen were successfull in gathering seaweed, others were slowed down by the sea creatures blocking their way! Fortunately, each mer-family collected enough seaweed to make a survival device to get their families back into Seneca Lake where they had a dance party in celebration. Thanks to the fantastic Mohawk and Seneca campers, the fantastic Mohawk and Seneca campers, the mer-families will be safe! For their great work, the campers who had the most creative costumes won a photoshoot from the famous photographer Neil Pickus for Mer Magazine. Their photographs will be featured on the front cover. However, for those of you who aren't subscribed, be sure to keep an eye out for their photos online! Sent from my Verizon
