The last waterfront of my camper career: before today I had tried wakeboarding 2-3 times but to no avail, everytime I was close to getting up it just didn't happen for me. I expected today to be no different but I still wanted to try because I knew it would be my last chance. Prior to me going in Josh and Robert tried giving me advice and tips on how to get up. I was still very nervous when I jumped in the water, which was freezing, but as the boat pulled me forward I was able to get up and wakeboard for the first real time. As soon as this happened everyone on the boat cheered and told me how great I was. To top it off another one of my fellow Tuscarorans got up her first try as well! I came away from the waterfront today not only feeling proud of myself but also for my friend and village mate. I know that I made the most out of my last waterfront period as a CSL camper.
