Today, camp started off breakfast with our mishpachah (families that include counselors and kids from other villages). After breakfast, we went back to our cabins to clean, and then to first period.
For S1, first and second periods were waterfront! It started thundering halfway through first period, so we had to go into the boathouse. We all played games in there though, so it was fun! After about thirty minutes it stopped thundering, so we were able to go on the party boat for a little while!! Then we went up to the dining hall, where we had everyone's favorite: macaroni and cheese! We had a low-key rest hour, and then went to hobbies.
My hobby is waterskiing and since it was choppy we got to go banana boating! It was so fun! Then we went to General Swim, but came back to our cabins after a little while because it was thundering again. And that is where we are now. It had been a really good day so far, and I am excited for fight song prep tonight!
