Stories With Seneca

Hello CSL family, friends and alumni!

Seneca started the session off strong  with our first village morning program! We participated in a program based off of the tv show "The Amazing Race," and did a giant apache or relay race with several teams. My favorite part of this program was the station that I was running, which involved the girls finding certain objects in nature and shooting them into the baskets on the basketball courts. It was very interesting to see each of the objects the girls collected to shoot and watching them work together to overcome their struggle and make the basket was an amazing thing to see.

After the apache ended, each of the teams made a synchronized swimming dance with a cheer/song incorporated in it as well. The winners of this competition made a dance and song to the tune of two songs from the movie "Frozen" which I personally thought was very creative and entertaining! I am so happy with how the morning ran and I think all of the girls enjoyed themselves even more. Safe to say the Seneca's Amazing Race was an amazing success!
