Stories With Seneca

Last night the evening activity involved Seneca and Mohawk. It was a "hoedown throwdown," so we were told to wear flannels, bandanas and look like farmers the best that we could. We all got our groups after dinner, and we went towards the athletic area to begin the rotation of different activities.

First, my group along with many others played dodgeball and then continued through the other rotations. We pretended to be cows as we moo'd around and picked up tennis balls, and did a relay race that included bat spins and bobbing for apples!

The end of the night ended in square dancing with both villages, and I had many campers approach be about how much fun they had. They even asked if we could do square dancing again!
