Hello everyone!
As of today, CSL 2012 is officially underway! I, Alec Jacobson, am a Cayuga counselor, more specifically the Cayuga auh and bunk counselor for c-4. Today was a crazy but incredible day, all beginning with the campers arriving at lunch time. After a delicious meal of chicken nuggets and corn, we began the day by heading to the pool where the campers all had a refreshing swim test.
Next, the campers received their CSL shirts, heard a safety talk from John Golden, and lastly, saw the nurses. Thankfully there is no lice in the 'uge! After dinner, the campers had cayuga hockey league tryouts, followed by the opening CSL ceremonies where the one and only cayuga staff dressed as pokemon and put on a wonderful show.
The campers are now sleeping peacefully in their cabins, awaiting yet another special day in the 'uge and at CSL. See you all bright and early tomorrow!
